Common questions about the Car driving licence
- How much does it cost to get a car licence in Granollers?
- At Liceu Driving School the Category B pack costs €449 and includes enrolment, the full theory course (in person or streamed), the first month of the online platform and a 10-lesson driving pack. DGT fees (€94.05), file processing (€75) and test fees are paid separately.

- What do I need to bring to enrol?
- You must provide a valid original national ID (DNI) or NIE. To request the theory test appointment, the medical fitness certificate and 1 passport-style photo with a white background. If you don't have the certificate, we'll tell you where to get one in Granollers. Minimum age: 18.

- What happens if I don't pass?
- If you've followed our method and recommendations and you don't pass, Liceu Driving School covers the costs of re-sitting at a second session (DGT fee and test). The theory course already taken is not refunded. It's our guarantee, going back decades. Category B has two tests: the common theory test and the practical test on the road.

- Can I ride motorbikes with a Category B licence?
- With Category B you can drive cars up to 3,500 kg, agricultural vehicles and mopeds (AM). After 3 years holding the B licence, and meeting certain conditions, you can also ride A1 motorbikes within Spanish territory.

- How long does it take to get ready for the B licence?
- Following our guidance, you can get ready for the theory in 1 month. Once you're ready, the appointment is assigned according to the DGT (Traffic Authority) exam calendar. For practical training, timings vary with each student's needs; with consistency the result is quick and effective.
